Why did my order come in different packages at different times?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
How do I report a problem with my order?
You can report problems with your order by sending firstname.lastname@example.org an e-mail. Please include the following information:

Please do so within 30 days upon recieveing the product.
The recipient’s address was entered wrong.
If the recipient’s address was entered wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to us and we can then re-ship the product to you. This is never guaranteed, but in the case of this event please send the updated address to email@example.com . In the case that the package is not returned to us, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
My order never came, did it get lost in the mail?
For all packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please send firstname.lastname@example.org an e-mail confirming with your order number. Please confirm that your shipping address was correct and double check with your local post office.
In the rare event that our tracking information states an order was delivered, but you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility for that order.
I ordered the wrong size or color, what now?
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, please send an e-mail to email@example.com . You will be responsible to cover the shipping fees to return and receive the new product.
